IMPORTANT: Terms of Service Changed

The terms of Service of Refinder were adapted today to new features and recent updates in the way you can get and buy Refinder.

The most important changes in the terms are:

• We offer you a free account. We will offer different plans depending on your company size and sharing needs, but the good news is: there will always be a free plan!

• If you want to try the paid features today (which will be buyable soon), tell us for what you want to use Refinder for and we can help: help@getrefinder.com.
  This is useful for teamworkers, enterprises, press, bloggers, ...
• We added more clauses regarding Content, for short:
  Refinder is a secure and private space which you can use to share content between individuals and companies, take care with whom you share what, as you would also do when sending an email. 
• We are not liable for data loss or unavailability of the service. This was always in our TOS, but we made this clearer in some parts of the TOS.
• In the previous TOS, we already said that we are going to change the TOS from time to time. As we can't guarantee that all emails are delivered correctly to you, we now recommend you check this page from time to time if you are unsure about our TOS.
